What is to be understood by this is that if the outcome of something (an event or action, for instance) is of consequence to you, then you are responsible for that outcome. The degree to which is it is consequence to you is the degree to which you are responsible. The more direct the consequence (the more directly it affects you) the more directly you are responsible.
There are no victims to things, actions, or people. There are only victims of mis-perception, and mistaken choices.
Only when we take full responsibility do we step into a place of full authority.
