There are now many mainstream movies (Fahrenheit 9/11, The Corporation, Up Size Me, etc) and books (by Mike Moore, Noam Chomsky, John Pilger etc) readily available around the world. People are watching and reading these sources of information in huge numbers. People that previously believed what they heard through the news and mass-media are now taking in much of the information presented in these illussion shattering movies and books.
The question I was asked recently is “So, what can people do about the state of the world?”.
The world is in a real mess. We’re on the brink of a global crisis in so many ways and on so many levels. If you don’t know what I am on about then I can only suggest you open your eyes and start finding out. The information is out there and readily available.
Back to this pertinent question — Just what can people do about it?
In my experience everything we collectively see playing out in the world is a product / projection of that which is going on within the mass human psyche. I can’t see it any other way, as much as I might try in order to suit those that still believe in duality and victimisation… in “them” and “us” type madness. There is no “they” out there doing bad stuff to “us”. WE are collectively creating what we see in the world.
It’s all a dream. A story. We collectively write and act out that story.
I know all too well that this sort of “idea” really gets right up some people’s arse and pisses them right off. You better stop reading if that’s the reaction you have.
So, if what I am saying is correct then the only way to change this world (the collective story) is for each individual to change their world—their individual story. When a critical mass point is reached—of people that are maintaining a story based on unity, peace, forgiveness and Truth, and devoid of duality and victim mentality—then the global “Story” will transform into something quite different from what you might see “out there” right now.

One thing I can say for certain is that going out into the world and trying to change the way things are is not going to lead to the global story transforming into Heaven on Earth. In my experience I would say that it will only lead to further reinforcement of duality and the illusion that humity currently lives in. All change—self change and global change—starts within.
