Elsewhere I’ve explained why I use the word Feal, how it came to me, and what it means for me.

I’d like to take a quite look at a play on words.

To get Real we have to first Heal.

In order to truly heal we have to first be willing to Feal And — the catch-22 — in order to Feal we have to be willing to get Real.

Actually far from being a catch-22 this is actually a miracle. This loop means that you CAN NOT fail. Failure is impossible. All that is required of you in clear intention. Clear Intention. Heartfelt intention. The clear intention to step into this loop.

You can enter it at any point — [Getting Real] –> [Fealing] –> [Healing] –> [Fealing] –> [Healing] –> [Getting Real] –> I would like to suggest that the simple act of be willing to Feal (Feeling with less E-motion (energy-in-motion), replaced my more A-wareness) is the key first step into healing.

I must add, and make clear, that in my experience, healing is not about fixing something that is wrong. It is not about correcting something that is incorrect. It is not about repairing a damaged self. Oh yes, I know, it can seem that way. But man is that journey slow. If fact I think it can be rather perpetual and addictive. What am I on about?

Well, I’d simply like to say that Healing is about correcting mis-perception or limited perception in favour of more inclussive perception — and in light of the fact that ALL perception is ultimately limited whilst we are in human form, then ultimate healing is about dropping all our current perception, and moving into a place of direct experience which can only arise through awareness. Hence healing is not about removing a wound. Rather it is about coming to the deep experiential knowing that there never was any wound… there was never any event to which you were a victim… there was never anything of the sort. Shit… I know that the ego-mind will read that and judge that statement as being insensitive. Oh how I struggled with that myself. But I have to share it — because in my experience and knowing, it is true. Of course, as always, it’s vital you go with what “works” or feels “right” for you. Now, assuming that what I have said is accurate, we can now see where Awareness comes into this. And Fealing is the actualisation of Awareness into the Human story / dream. Fealing is the doorway through to Awareness… back to the Dreamer (the Dreamer that I AM, in you, and in all my relations).

I will add, for what it’s worth, that confronting a perceived wound may be an important stage for many in arousing and engaging with Fealing and Awareness in the context of the energy — or fragment of Self — that is caught up in that wound. A wound is a thought-form — a crystallisation of thought and mis-perception — which represents energy that is bound up. When I engage with a perceived wound and go back into feeling that wound and then “shake” my way through whatever crying or catharsis comes up, that shaking loosens up the energy or the thought-form. Then by bringing Loving Awareness into that “area” within my body/mind FEALING will start to arise — and visa versa. That Fealing is a doorway to expanded healing. The release of the illusion of self and the illusion of a wounded self. Reading over what I’ve just written I can see that these words don’t quite embody the gist of what I’d like to say but they come close enough. Feel free to post a comment if you want further clarification on your personal interpretation of what you’ve just read. Remember… To get back to what is REAL we must HEAL. To HEAL we must be willing to FEAL.

Clear intention is what sets this process in motion.

Another key to remember is the breath is adoorway to emotion, to feeling, to fealing, and to healing.

I’ll expore that some more in another article.

With heart,

Jonathan
