Breathing is quite obviously vital to life itself.

Vital in the sense that it’s 100% necessary for humans to live, and “vital” in the sense that breathing plays a key role in vitalising the body… it is intimate linked in with the vitality (of lack of it) that we each experience within the mind, body and emotional field. Breathing is intrinsic to the Alpha, Mu, and Omega of of human life and in-spire-ation itself.

Alpha ~ the beginning (the inhalation – starting at birth) Mu ~ the bridge between (the pause between each breath) Omega ~ the end / completion (the exhalation, ending at death)

Don’t quote me on the above analogy.

It’s just something I’ve made up right here and now, and will continue to explore and refine and perhaps drop if it doesn’t seem to have any valuable meaning.

So just let it serve as amusement for now.
